Very hard to follow - but most of all, the unit looks like a "copy"???I need a good, affordable unit. Please confirm that there is no front label which goes in the box front (top) depression, where a label might go. All there was I found a bar code taped to the bottom of the unit case (box)..I am a bit confused and question it's accuracy now after reading the problems the unit may have on calibration attempt.Please advise!!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Missing items and....looks beat up *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2018* I need to use this so before I send it back I am going to use it. It came beat up, marks, scratches, missing the ph packets but I need it for the ph testing, we shall see how that goes. I can do calibration with other liquids. I also bought the square trade on this...so I am guaranteed some satisfaction. I have bought several ph meters....whats with them breaking after a couple uses? I have now spent over 100 dollars on meters, hence the ST insurance. ### ⭐ Can't get ahold of seller *by D***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2018* I bought this product 3 weeks ago, I calibrated it and it worked fine for the first 3/4 times I used it. But I went to use it a few days ago and the pH value is stuck at 7 ish. It will not calibrate, reads Err (error). I soaked it in a storage solution for a while and still is not working.. I really would like to get some help on returning this thing but can't seem to get ahold of the seller.
