Finding this notebook was a great find though, as it managed to tick all the boxes for what I needed and more.Pro's- Definitely Lightweight and Compact.- The 360 degree flip is handy as I can switch to tablet and still work on the move- It paired with my work computer with little to no effort so I was up and running in about 20 minutes.Con's- The keyboard lock seems to be a bit backwards, to use the keyboard you turn it on, and to just use the touch-screen, you turn it off.- Not really a Con to me, but seeing other reviews, worth saying. This is not a replacement for a desktop or a laptop. You wont be running multiple applications on this as it just wont handle it. What it will do though is allow you to do essential work on the move (documents, email, and in my case, coding). Make sure you don't over estimate what this is capable of doing.Overall, it is a great little machine, if used in the right way. A lot of negative feedback seems to be aimed more that it wont function like a desktop/laptop, which, at the end of the day, it isn't ever going to come close to that. What it will do is give you a set up that you can work or entertain with an app or video streaming, just don't try to do a lot at once otherwise it will slow to a crawl. ### ⭐ Very Disappointed *by J***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 April 2020* I bought this lap top for my 8 year old granddaughter so that she could do her school work as she is not attending school due to the Covid-19 lock down. Well it did not start ! Very frustrating to say the least. There is no one you can speak to regarding the issue as there is no contact number. You only have a help page where you do a process of elimination. From this it appears that the battery is dead and that's before you use it?? I have now returned it and awaiting a refund which they say take 14 days after they receive it.My advice is don't by this product absolutely useless also customer care. ### ⭐ Battery failed after a month *by R***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 May 2020* On the face of it this seemed like a good little refurbished buy. Out of the box it worked well enough. Being a second hand unit I wasn't expecting miracles but on face value it seemed to be in excellent condition however after a moths minimal use the battery no longer held any charge for more than 2 minutes meaning that for any use it needed to be plugged into the mains at all times.
