他の方のレビューどおり、この種の本が日本でも工業高校の時計科教科書として40年前までは出版されていましたね。クォーツ腕時計の普及で機械式腕時計の修理がほとんどなくなるとこうした本も絶版になったようです。ブローバアキュトロンの修理手順など内容的には60年代の復刻版と言えるでしょう。一般のマニアにはやや高度な内容です。
