Not a very pleasant flavor, and I typically like strawberry. Doesn't mix perfectly smooth, and if you don't chug it immediately it gets grainy and kind of thick. As for effectiveness, I have seen absolutely no change in my skin. Does it work? Maybe if you drink all 30 in a week, so the sesbania grandiflora and astaxanthin can get into your skin cells faster, but I don't think one daily glass will do much.
