While it is pricey for what you get, I will be using small amounts when making jerk so it will last a while. I'd not used Pimento wood before, used a handful of wet chips for jerk pork, did NOT like the flavor, way too strong. Next time I'll use a small amount and will update this post. We have a tree here, the Bottle Brush tree. I have tried it in the past and this Pimento wood smoke smells and tastes just like the BB wood... ?
