It’s so much better than what you buy at the grocery and makes the slaw way better. I purchased two of these to use in my restaurant. I rated this item a 4 star simply because I didn’t realize it’s not large enough to accommodate larger vegetable’s, therefore I was not able to use this item, I do feel if you’re chopping smaller items or trying to slice smaller items it will be perfect. It arrived well packaged , what I liked about this was the safety feature and not the straight open mandolin, I thought it was great value for the money unfortunately, I am in need of something larger. Perfect for Home use.
