The overall effect on me is that I am now much more aware of my pelvic floor muscles and am now much more likely to practice the kegels at random times. The emphasis in the instruction manual is to go for strong squeezes so quality not quantity and this gizmo helps you to work to that. The part of the program the first 10 minutes that is for URGE is meant to somehow sooth these muscles I don't know how it's meant to work but it seems to because I am suffering less with this problem now. I think I can put some of the improvement down to the fact that I am much more aware of myself and my patterns of behaviour (like simply waiting too long to go) but it is this little gizmo that has helped me to become more aware. Overall I say - give it a go. Stress and Urge incontinence problems do not just go away, you have to do what you can to take back control of your bladder etc and this will help you do that.
