If you excessively move, they will glitch out. Pretty much if you aren't completely still with your phone mounted to your head, the sound will constantly skip and glitch. Don't let them drop on the ground because they will break open. Don't push the on/off button too often because the button will stay compressed and no longer turn on/off. Do you have issues with your product and need customer service? Well as long as you have your receipt and only live in the US then you'll be fine. But if you lost the receipt and live overseas, then you can forget about getting any help whatsoever! This is a cheaply made product with poor sound quality and even worse customer service. I purchased mine at an airport on my way back home to the UK. They are pretty decently comfortable and I was excited at first. Immediately i noticed that if i moved around to much or had the phone in my pocket the sound would hiccup and glitch. After 3 weeks the on/off button on the right ear bud became permanently depressed and wouldn't work. This is a poorly made product and when I asked customer service about it, they said i needed a receipt and had to send it to someone in the US and have them send it in for me and them they would replace the product by sending it to said person who would then have to send it to me.... So if you have a brookstone product and live anywhere besides the US, you're screwed. I contacted brookstone about getting a replacement pair but the warranty is void once the items have left the US... How convenient. I had them for a week and I couldn't stand using them because it was so frustrating to listen to.
