I love these sourdough scrapers. They’re very flexible and are easy to to scrape the bowls edges when I’m mixing my dough. They wash up very nicely and handle well in the dishwasher.

They clean easily and are very handy to grab ahold of for mixing breads and other things. They are easy to hold onto, and large enough to fit well in your hand. Nice sturdy quality!
