I have Sakura pens that are quality but when tracing on Strathmore Marker paper they smear if I’m not careful. I wanted to try the Staedtler to see if they are better, and I can honestly say they are. If you try to move the ink with your finger right after laying it down it will smear a little but they certainly dry faster than the Sakura pens, and way cheaper.
