Are there two different colors?** A: The base is cardboard and the picture cards are heavy card stock paper. It's green on one side and purple on the other for the easel. There aren't that many cards per word form, about 10 which is about 20 pictures because they are double-sided **Q: Does this contain two flip stands?** A: No, I bought based on this answer saying there are two, but there is only one stand. Very disappointed. **Q: how many cards are there** A: I am not sure because the flip toy was a gift to a learning disabled child. I work with him when I sit with him after school. We absolutely love it! We decided to get this flip sentence word and picture product to help with my daughter’s speech and recognition skills. It’s easy enough for her to feel like a big girl, and flip the next card to make some fun and silly sentences. Great tool for education, and I love that it’s two sided to make more sentence options. Made with good material that should last if you’re not too rough with it. My only suggestion to be wary of is: be careful when flipping, because sometimes the cards can fall off its wire track. That’s not a dealbreaker. once you get used to feeding it through to the other side, it can be easily done.
