This O ring sizer cone is a little expensive but on the other hand it makes sizing O rings a breeze. No instructions included but the slots at the base determine the cross section size of the I ring then you simply slip the O rings onto the cone and where it sits is the size number of the O ring. That size is stamped on the cone so there’s no guessing. You plug that number on the internet and look for the one you want. I should have bought this years ago.

Yes, it does work. I tried it with several known O-rings and it sized them correctly. HOWEVER, the price for this piece of plastic is excessively high, it is not finished very well (mould markings left on), absolutely no attempt to make the size numbers more readable, and No Instructions. For the price we are paying for this big piece of plastic, would it be that difficult to include some basic instructions?
