They go really well with the fully furnished dollhouse that we already have making these even more fun. In addition, this size of doll travels easily even in a kid sized purse, so these dolls can conveniently entertain a child almost anywhere. Please note that the book is miniaturized, as if the doll were going to read it. It is legible for those with good eyesight or enough magnification, but you will be disappointed if you are wanting to purchase a full sized chapter book for reading, as you will need to do that separately. This is more of a cute doll accessory or maybe a novelty you can use to show off what tiny print you can read. This set is still a great value that saves money and space.
