So when I saw that this product is made by a company from Barcelona, I was encouraged to buy it. The process of melting the wax is very simple, just a few minutes on the hob at a low temperature. Instructions are provided. I used it to remove my upper lip hair, aka Lockdown Moustace, and the results were fantastic. Here's a list of pros and cons:Pros: removed the hair completely, and pain was minimal. The pot comes with a small wooden spatula. The wax takes only a few seconds to cool down and dry on the skin, and ripping it off was very fast, easy and practically mess-free (it is self-applied wax after all, so it won't ever be perfectly neat). I am very fair, so I can't say how it will work with coarser darker hair, but again, most Spanish ladies have dark hair, so I will assume it works well.Cons: The handle gets very hot in the hob, so make sure you protect your fingers when handling it. Also make sure you set the pot with the hot wax in a flat, protected surface.Warning: If you're new at waxing or don't wax often, this may not be the product for you. As I said above, applying wax to one's face will always be trickier than having a professional apply it, but this is not a reflection on the product itself.All in all, I was very pleasantly surprised. My face is now smooth as a baby's butt, the process was very quick and practically painless.
