They fit medium width shoes. Buy true to size and trim if necessary. In other words if you wear 11 then you’ll need to trim them they are sized well don’t need trimming if you wear 12. They last well will need new insert at 4-5 months **Q: I wear a size men’s size15 how doI order them** A: You have to cut to size. You have outlines for all sizes to cut. **Q: Are these memory foam.?** A: No they’re not memory foam. They are far better at cushioning than memory foam would be. They good for walking, running or just standing.
