I would recommend this in a smoothie, orange juice, ect because the serving size is a little more than you may want to dump in your mouth and try not to choke. I love the flavor, so I add it to all kinds of things...I put 3 servings in my from-scratch spaghetti sauce for myself, and 2 other people who hate healthy stuff like powdered super foods, fermented foods, smoothies, ect, and they had no idea I was pumping their poor, inflamed, insulin-resistant bodies full of nitrous oxide.
