I was excited to start using it but unfortunately laser light didn’t work I tried to fully charge it but no hope I had to return it.

I was so excited to get this only to discover that the laser and vibration don't work at the same time. Mode 1 is massage only. Mode 2 is laser only. I think the marketing is very misleading. What's the point of separating them?

After 10min massage, my hair scalp becomes agitated. The skinny and firm sticks are surely not comforting for the scalp. Very pricey product.
