The machine sticks to the time it says on the front. The only problem is that there is NO MANUAL FOR THE MACHINE. If you speak to Bosch they suggest the 16 page option which is just a manufacturing manual not on how to actually use the machine. The only option they suggest is to send a service engineer to explain to you.

I recently purchased a washing machine, and after using it for a few weeks, I feel ready to share my thoughts. Overall, the product is quite impressive, but there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, particularly in the installation process. Ordered on 16th Jan and delivered on 18th Jan25 for best price as per current market values(₹30990/-.) Let me write cons first Cons: Installation & Demo: Feels like there is no control of amazon on installation. As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions. Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront. Pros: Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model. Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done! Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

Bosch is no doubt a reputed brand but dot consider buying from amazon I ordered this item on October 1st, and it only reached the warehouse on October 30th — almost a month later. It was finally delivered on November 4th after a painfully long and frustrating process. Throughout this time, I contacted customer care multiple times and ended up speaking to around 50 different agents. Not one of them had any visibility into the status of my product. The experience was extremely unprofessional — I was constantly transferred from one person to another, with no resolution or accountability. To make things worse, my emails and escalations went completely unanswered. And when the product finally arrived, it was missing the inlet pipe and user manual — both of which are clearly mentioned on the website as included in the package. It honestly feels like the package was tampered with. The best part is the person coming for installation is already sure that parts are missing and he said "we might have to purchase inlet pipe if missing for 800 RS" which indicates he has done many installations and he found this missing. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I had expected far better communication, transparency, and product handling. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I’ve been using this Bosch for over a year now and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for my home. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to see if any issues popped up, but it’s been running perfectly since day one. ​A few things I love: ​Water Savings: I was actually surprised by how little water it uses. If you’re conscious about your utility bills, this is a huge plus. It’s super efficient but doesn't sacrifice the wash quality at all. ​The Steam Feature: This is the real winner for me. The steam cleaning process is beautiful—it gets the clothes so much cleaner and crisper than a standard wash. Everything comes out looking brand new and perfectly handled. ​Zero Stress: Usually, with big appliances, you expect a glitch or a weird noise after a few months, but I’ve had absolutely no problems. It’s reliable, quiet, and just does its job. I have washed curtains, blankets and even clothes stained with permanent stains and this machine take it like a champ Dont wait around and just go for it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exchange is bogus. Don't fall for exchange, its a trap. The person would say old one is rusted they can not take it for exchange and you would end up paying the exchange discount amount. The same thing happened with my friend as well. So, I have two instances. Otherwise Product(9Kg) is good. Its been a month now - No noise, cloths are drier than my previous IFB washing machine(10yrs old). I would recommend.

The machine is great.. however would appreciate if there is an easy maintenance for the gasket in the front load .. it catches mould super fast

Machine is looking good. Let’s see after few months. Do not take installation from Amazon as they are charging for it and unnecessarily delaying. Simply call Bosch helpline and register. Free & timely installation.
