**Q: How much sodium in a tablespoon? is that how this is measured? thanks**
A: The box I have is 252 kj ( everything is in German), and give portion size for ingredients. It has 18 portions.
The total size is 238g.
It shows 1,1g or 18%  salt per portion.

**Q: Directions to prepare?**
A: 1)...put 2TBL into 250ml boiling water (1 Cup is 240 ml 1 tbs is 15ml so 250 ml would be 1 cup plus 2/3 of a tbs.240 ml is 8 oz). Please taste it when done, you might want to add a tsp or so more if you like... 2) let it cook for 1minute. Its generally the same with all the KNORR Soßes in that size of containers. the container makes about 1.75ltr of soße...(1.75 Liters = 7.39 Cups). Hope this helps you!

**Q: I assume there is meat or dairy in this?? How  many cups of finished gravy does it make? Any MSG in it?**
A: There is "milk protein" approx 10-12 ingredients down ( I'm assuming a very small amount).  You use approximately 2 Tablespoons/ per cup of water. Not sure exactly how much it makes, but a darn good amount. It's almost 10 oz of powder mix. Yes there is MSG in it.

**Q: need English translation for the gravy mixes**
A: Use 2 heaping tablespoons of mix to 250 ml (approx. 1 cup) cold water.  Bring to a boil stirring frequently and cook for 1 minute.
