It is very good umbrella, it's clothe quality is good, it comes with a cloth pouch & 3 folds that makes it compact,Travel friendly,easy to carry..easy to open

the button jams if unused for long time or not used with caution and umbrella will not open. it's a good umbrealla as long as mechanical working is not affected

Idea of CLOSING the umbrella with a button push, without needing both hands, fascinated me to buy this. However, i am disappointed as it does not meet my requirement. PROBLEM / CONS: 1) Clicking the the button on an Open Umbrella merely collapses the canopy and does not render it to its closed compact state. 2) From the Collapsed-Canopy state, the umbrella CANNOT return to Open state. 3) To reopen the umbrella, the umbrella needs to be first closed fully to its compact state (Elongated bar needs to be shortened), and only after that can we click the button to reopen the umbrella. 4) To close the collapsed umbrella, one needs to use BOTH HANDS and exert enormous force. Everyone in my household find it very difficult to do so. Sometimes, the kids have hurt themselves while closing it. 5) Imagine a street-shopping experience on rainy days -- you would have bags in your hands and you may need to go in out of many shops. This umbrella makes it more difficult than a conventional umbrella as it needs enormous force to close and needs BOTH hands anyway. PROS: A) very compact. fits in a laptop bag comfortably. Many airports have restrictions on the length of umbrella allowed in cabin bags.. and so far I have not had any problem with this. B) During Strong Winds: Air vent seems to be doing its job. I haven't had the umbrella turned-over even during strong winds. However, the entire stalk shakes and feels like it might break anytime. I end up holding with 2 hands -- one at the top of the stalk and one at the handle. C) Pouch is nice. I wish it was water-proof so that we could put the wet umbrella it while commuting in public transport, etc. D) the USP of this product - Collapse the canopy using a button click -- is useful when getting into a Car during heavy rains. IMO, an ideal umbrella for my needs would be : A Reverse umbrella that allows both Open and Close using single-hand operations.

I returned as soon as I got it. Don't get me wrong the umbrella seems nice. But, the cover has such a poor stitching and I have previously ordered an umbrella from Amazon Basics itself a few years back The quality that had vs this. This one looks like a cheap rip-off. It will serve the purpose right but won't look elegant. It has easy open mechanism. But, I returned it mostly because of the quality I had previously received was far superior. The old amazon basics umbrella reeks elegance while this one is just meh okay I'll use it sorts.

少し大きくてごつめなので、女性には向かないかもしれない。 男性用としては大きめかつ重さはそこそこあるが丈夫で使いやすい折り畳み傘という印象。 今までに何本も折り畳み傘を使ってきているが、一番使いやすい。

It's been on a few outings out in wind and rain. Still hasn't shown any wear, isn't broken and looks like new. Really happy with this.
