**Q: Are these shoes roomy enough to accommodate orthopedic inserts?**
A: Not sure how big is your inserts are.   But dr sholl foam inserts in mine and it fit fine. But i got a 1/2 bigger shoe size than normal.

**Q: I normally wear a 4x width. what is the equivalent for this shoe, x-wide or xx-wide?**
A: I had a pair of 4e but now I have some 6e and I like them better. They were advertised as XX wide. Go for it!

**Q: Does it have a stiff wide toebox**
A: My son wears th with a wide foot and he likes the fit especially for the price.

**Q: Are the soles removable?**
A: They are glued in but by pulling on it, I am pretty sure the will come right out. I will be adding my own insoles too. Only had these shoes for about a week.

Shoe looks good. Overall material quality and finish is nice. Great help for running on pavement or brick road, reduces the energy consumption sufficient enough to be noticeable and in a good way. Would recommend to get a size larger than you usually wear for extra comfort.
