Didn’t work for me. I had tried a magnetic nasal dialater and had immediately noticed its effectiveness. But the monthly cost of the magnetic sticky tabs for the outside of your nose were too expensive. I tried these anti-snoring nose clips to see if they would be a good alternative. They were not. I could not really tell a difference when the clips were in. They were not uncomfortable – just ineffective.

These work surprisingly well. What’s weird is they don’t instantly open up my nose. But it seems like the longer they’re in, the more open my nose is and the better I can breathe. It can take a little getting used to sleeping with something in your nose, but it’s more comfortable than a nose strip in my opinion

I don't know how anyone is having any type of positive experience with these. They do absolutely nothing. Magnets are aren't even strong enough to hold itself together

Doesn't open up your breathing enough to use as a nightly sleep air if you are regularly congested. I was looking for something other than the sticky nasal strips, but so far nothing opens up the airway better.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Based on reviews, I ordered this to help me breathe better at night. Not only did it not help me breathe better, it actually obstructed my nose so my breathing was worse. It may be great for snoring, but that’s not my issue

My problem has not been snoring but, breathing. I had been using the nose tapes which work very well however, they are only good for one night use. I attempted to use them more than once but, that was the maximum usage expected. I saw these and was skeptical at first because of the size but after using them for a week, they worked for me. If you are currently using the tapes, I recommend you try these. They are not that expensive, and it appears I will get many weeks of use from each one if not months.

Ineffective. Snoring doesn’t stop and they fall off during the sleep.
