Tried this tonic a while back in a high-end gastro pub and ended up drinking quite a few G&T's as it was so good. Inevitably forgot to take down the name but remembered the weird design and the colour (Oh yes people I'm a modern day Hercule Poirot 😝) goes well with gin obviously but also with vodka and lime.
