I have struggled with my sourdough in normal bannetons, not holding shape and exploding x3 during the cold fermenting process but these baskets didnt do that, the dough was perfect and I had to order more. The quality is next level amazing - i have thrown out all my original proofing bannetons. Waiting longer for shipping from the US is a sacrifice worth making! THESE ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

ordered these after seeing a fav you tuber of mine Aisha Ba based in South Korea using them, these baskets are AMAZING!!!
