what can i use to fix a scratch on my tablet screen its little and not deep but it bothers me any ideas? that actually work?

The glass touch screen is a laminated piece. If you try to polish it, you will partially remove coatings and the results will be worse. Your best bet to hide screen scratches is actually applying a new coating: get a tempered glass protector; the adhesive will fill small scratches and they will mostly disappear, and at the same time you now have a tough sacrifice surface that can be easily replaced.

Maybe. But, might "fog" up the lens because it's a fine abrasive - like rubbing compound for a car's finish.
