Review: Great Serious Bladder Incontinence Pads - These are great self adhesive bladder incontinence pads for those that have serious incontinence issues but don't want to wear incontinence underwear. I adhered them to my panties, stood in the shower and urinated with a pretty full bladder. The pad completely absorbed the large amount of urine and didn't let my panties get at all wet!!! In addition, per unit price these pads are significantly cheaper than other brands of pads claiming to have ultimate, super or extra absorbency and certainly cheaper than bladder incontinence underwear.

These are great self adhesive bladder incontinence pads for those that have serious incontinence issues but don't want to wear incontinence underwear. I adhered them to my panties, stood in the shower and urinated with a pretty full bladder. The pad completely absorbed the large amount of urine and didn't let my panties get at all wet!!!
