For several years I used lingerie thread, which works the best, but lately, I've been buying ThreadArt brand here on Amazon or their web site. Their bobbin thread is the closest to lingerie thread that I can find and it works great! I have two Viking sewing and embroidery machines (Diamond & Jade 35) and a Brother PE770 (embroidery only machine) and the ThreadArt brand works just as well in all three machines. I NEVER buy pre-wound bobbins.
