I was so on the fence about buying this pillow because the reviews seem so mixed. First of all, I think a lot of the reviews are due to user error. This pillow is supposed to expand for 24-48 hours before use. I waited the full 48 hours and it was great. When I checked on it at the 24 hour mark, it was definitely firmer than the 48 hour mark. I know it’s hard not to use the pillow you’ve just bought because it’s exciting! But really, it’s for the best to follow the instructions and let it expand for the full amount of time. Secondly, I see a lot of complaints that it’s “not cooling”. News flash! No pillow can stay cold *all the time*! That technology does not exist and is currently impossible! It has holes for ventilation, your body gives off heat that transfers to the pillow. Thirdly, the pillow does vary in firmness based on temperature. If it’s warm it’s gonna be a bit softer, if it’s cold it’s gonna be a bit firmer. The reviews are very mixed with people saying “my head sinks down all the way, there’s nothing to it!” and “It’s so firm like a brick! My head doesn’t sink at all!” this confused the crap out of me before buying. I think all of the above factors are the reason for variation in the reviews. I’ll try to give my most unbiased perspective on it. It is firm, I would not call it a brick though. My head sinks about halfway into it. It provides support, but isn’t stiff. It’s not super soft, it does take a minute to sink into. It holds your head in place. I am a side and stomach sleeper and I find it comfortable. I cannot speak for back sleepers. It is very lightweight, but thick, wide, and takes up a decent amount of space. The cover is soft, but you should still put a pillowcase over it. If you don’t like a pillow on the firmer side, you probably won’t like this pillow. If you’re looking for something super soft and squishy, this pillow is not for you. If you are looking for a firm memory foam pillow that keeps you in place, has good neck support, and keeps it’s shape. This pillow is for you. Overall, I like it! I’ve been sleeping on it for a couple weeks and I think it has helped my neck a bit. I’ve been sleeping very soundly and I have no issues. It’s a great price for the quality if it’s what you’re looking for, go for it!

Absolutely amazing I love it. It has only only been the first day of use. But it has definitely exceeded my expectations. The memory foam is so comfortable like my bed. This is an amazing steal for the price I really thought it would be sub par or not worth it. But man was I wrong for half the price of other high dollar pillows out there it has performed amazingly for me. It's is an absolute nust buy if you suffer from you shoulder pains when your sleeping on your side. Pain no more and amazing sleep has come finally.

The first night I slept on this pillow I could not get over how it made my face feel cold. Amazing!! The memory foam is very well made. Does not squish flat like some, instead responds to the weight of your head and still has a good deal of support. This is my first experience with a gel memory foam pillow and for the first time in years, I have not woken up in more pain than when I went to bed. For myself, I do think it needs to be a little bit thicker to take up the gap between the head and bed as I am a side sleeper. It is very comfortable to lay on my back with it as well. Again, the support is amazing, not too hard, not too soft. I did put a fleece pillowcase on it and do not feel the cold feeling on my face anymore, so I would recommend a thinner cover if you desire to feel the coolness. Would def recommend to others who have tried many pillows with back and neck problems in the past with no results. This pillow has helped my neck a great deal and I now have better nights of sleep.

I have been searching for a pillow that fits all my needs and finally found the right one with this one. I’m a side sleeper and it was always something, a pillow would be thick enough and my head would sink to far, it would be like a brick and my neck would hurt in the morning. This one is perfect. All the support you need while being soft and comfortable, and never seems to get hot. Would absolutely buy again

Needed to get new pillows and found these. First off, the price is amazing for 2 pillows which is great if you need 2 anyway. When I first received them they came in perfectly packaged separately and were sealed tight. It took some time for them to get to their rightful size. After sometime we tried them out and have been in heaven since. They're comfortable & sturdy. They feel light while also accommodating those that prefer their pillows to be in the middle of soft and hard. I've had these pillows for a few weeks already and have not gotten flat at all. They look very appealing even without a case and NOT missing any kind of filling to pillow. Overall would recommend & buy again!

Pillow almost lives up to the description. Is not cooling as much as I would like or at all for that matter. It doesnt get hot due to the breathable materials but DOES NOT COOL as the name would suggest. I know I run hot and I tried to upgrade my pillows so my head wouldn't sink down to the bed overtime. Also i had decent cooling pillows before. Didnt want to buy more purple pillows due to price. It is a great medium-firm pillow overall.

I bought this pillow hoping it would help with my neck and shoulder pain. The quality is really good and it feels soft and very supportive. The memory foam shapes nicely and goes back to normal after use. For me, the pillow felt a little too thick. I usually like a lower and flatter pillow, so it did not feel very comfortable for how I sleep. I think this is just my personal preference and not a problem with the product. If you like a thicker pillow with more height, this one would be perfect. It gives strong support and keeps your head in place, especially for side sleepers. It also feels well made and holds its shape through the night. Even though it was not the best fit for me, I can tell it is a good pillow. I would recommend it to anyone who prefers a fuller and more supportive pillow.

Seeing fakes for this product in the market , I was genuinely happy that my order came in the original Weekender box packaging with the genuine removable authenicity tag attached to the pillow. PS: Purchased directly from seller "Amazon.ae" not a third party seller. Beware of fakes sold by other sellers that come in a simple plastic wrap without official Weekender Packaging Box and Removable tear Authenication Tag attached to the pillow.

Good pillow, excellent firmness yet still soft. The thing that could be improved is that it has way too little gel incorporated in the foam. It looks more like they added some blue coloring. Other brands have a much much higher concentration of the cooling gel. So unfortunately this pillow is quite warm.

A bit on the stiff side for my liking, very difficult to judge until you buy it. It comes compressed so I left it out in open air to expand naturally as per the instructions. No weird smell as reported by others but may also be subjective, I tried it for a few nights but eventually opted for a different memory foam pillow brand.
