Instead the device kind lifts up the skin and kinda sucks out the gunk in your pores. Be careful though when using the head with the silver on it. It will leave marks on your skin! The device has different suction levels to use so be sure to start off with the lowest and work way up to highest to ensure you don't bruise. (My face looks like I got into a fight! LOL) Perhaps this product works for most but for me, it just kinda lifts up the skin and does some extraction but I was truly hoping to suck out the blackheads/whiteheads.
