Everything else I tried, including sanding discs, took far too long, or didn’t remove the epoxy well enough. This did the trick! It’s made of lightweight metal, so you know it won’t wear down. And the diamond nubs haven’t worn down either. It almost works too well - so you have to be very careful using it, or else you’ll deeply gouge the concrete.
