Why has the price tripled since two days ago? Was 2.39$ crooks

Not sure but prices fluctuate and go on sale regularly. Also you have to keep in mind it may cost the seller more to mail or it may cost more for the seller to stock. This pandemic is the caused.

We have not tested this product in that way

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vibrant, rich purple every time!

I absolutely love the Wilton gel food color in purple! It delivers a deep, vibrant color with just a tiny amount — perfect for icing, macarons, and fondant. Unlike liquid dyes, it doesn’t water down the consistency, which is a huge plus when decorating. The purple shade is exactly what I was looking for — bold, true to color, and easy to adjust for lighter or darker tones. It mixes evenly without streaks, and a little really goes a long way. If you're decorating cakes or cookies and want professional-looking results, this is a must-have in your toolkit. Highly recommended!
