This company will out of the blue change it's formulation. I use them for hair loss and also because they make my hair LOOK GOOD. These aren't your usual shampoos and conditioners. You pump out a little from the container and it comes out in highly concentrated foam. I've ordered them here on Amazon and also through other supplies. But, no joke, I have used these since 1999. (My onlycomplaint was when they changed the formulation and I wrote to a company I bought it from and said the new formula wouldn't create suds and wasn't useable..and the guy fowarded it on to a TOP executive who replied to him. I got a copy of it and it was insulting. The ex said that since I was using the product since 1999 I was resistant to change. DESPITE THAT I tried it again in a few months -- and the new formulation now DID create lots of suds and worked as good or better than the old one). I use their shampoo, conditioner and vitamins and rotate with one or two other shampoos, but I am sold that this helps greatly retard hair loss (also helps if you use a laser comb). ### ⭐⭐⭐ Mistake! *by E***M on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2021* I meant to order the shampoo, but I ordered the conditioner by mistake.
