Ok job done. I was able to take calls and make calls but for the life of me I couldn't figure out how to add contacts. And then I couldn't figure out how to send a text. The quick start guide is pretty useless and there were no videos to help. I went to the manufacturers websight and still no help. I called the customer service number and noone answered the phone and there was no option to leave a message. I sent them an email that was not answered.
