I really love these bars. As a Type 1 Diabetic, finding a protein bar with a low carb count is tough, but Blueprint nailed it. They taste great and the texture is on point. Yes, they’re a little more expensive than some other brands, but for the nutritional value, it’s worth the price. I always keep a few in my bag for traveling or for those mornings when I don’t have time to cook breakfast. 5 stars!

I bought the variety pack to try all the flavors. All three taste good, I do like the raspberry flavor the most. The bars contains 9g of protein and 8g of fat with 4g of carbs of 1g of fiber and 1 g of sugar for the raspberry bar. They are well and conveniently packed so will survive a hiking trip in a backpack or as a backup snack in a work backpack without worrying that it will split on you and mess up everything around it. I find the bar filling, for 160 Cal I am going to experiment with using it as a meal replacement as part of maintaining a calorie deficit. The other thing I like is that the bar is firm and you actually have to chew it properly, so I not something you can just hoover up you need to chew, I do like that feels more satisfying. It's a good size bar and I can trust the quality of the ingredients and there's nothing in there I can not pronounce. If you're serious about your health and you're looking for a really good protein bar that's satisfying and filling, try this one. All three flavors are good, if I have to rate them raspberry first then lemon and the the white cacao third.

Keto friendly and delicious! It's hard to find a satisfying low sugar/high fat treat but at last I have. A hearty thanks from this keto eater.

Small, no taste, least edible protein bar I have ever tried. I tried all three varieties -- basically taste the same. Dry falafel tastes better; I actually tried cardboard from the Amazon box it came in to check whether it tasted like cardboard -- it was slightly more edible.

The taste is great, but it feels like you’re chewing on rock pebbles. If you want to do jaw workout then this wouldn’t matter

I love this bar! The texture feels satisfying. I love that it has 9 grams of protein and it’s not an overly sweet bar. All the flavors are great!

This is not what you expect from such brand and such price. Bars are very small and their texture is questionable. They feel too dry and hard, so chewing is not as pleasant. What I find ridiculous that even though they are flavored, there is no real fruits in the ingredients. What gives flavor is natural flavor (which is not very transparent but gives strong and rich taste). Additionally, they are sweetened with allulose and inulin powder (seriously???). Ingredients of every flavor are absolutely identical. Yuka gives it a Poor rating with approx 35/100. So overall, these are just poor quality overpriced bars that are hiding behind the “healthiest” brand. I would not buy this product again and encourage others to consider other options which are more nutritious.
