Initially, I purchased this same camera from another seller and returned it because I was not satisfied with it. I decided to give it another chance by purchasing it here, but unfortunately I am still experiencing the same issues. The camera was professionally installed by a licensed installer, so the problem is clearly with the product itself. The rear camera constantly malfunctions — sometimes it works, and other times the screen just flashes a blue screen on and off. This is extremely frustrating and also a serious safety concern. If someone were to hit my vehicle from the rear, the camera footage may not even be captured properly because the screen keeps cutting in and out with the blue screen issue. On top of that, I paid for the VIP membership, yet the app is still very difficult to use and unreliable. It is a struggle just trying to get the app to work correctly so I can access and save videos to my phone.
