Can the be used for pantry moths..and open kitchen areas?

They can but smell terrible, I wouldn’t use this way.

Will they work for skunks

Try the reg moth balls. I was told by someone who uses just for that reason that it does work.

Strong smell but seem to work

Strong smelling for small size. Smell is a little Overwhelming, but I suppose that’s what keeps mice away. Time will tell, but so far I have not seen any evidence that they are still around.

Fresh closet helper

Bought these for our basement closet after finding tiny chew marks on a blanket the kids use for forts. The smell is strong when I first open the box but it fades once I tuck them into corners and bins. I’m glad the blankets and winter coats stay untouched now.
