Review: Work well, very soothing, smaller than they seem - These work great you really feel a cooling then a deep warming sensation. I used it for my lower back, after a day of household activity. I only used one, but they are kind of small/short and the diagram on the pack is a bit misleading. Next time I will use two side-by-side to cover the entire width of my back. You can probably use them anywhere on the body but read the pack I guess I'm a rebel haha. I would purchase again and it's a good product to have on hand if you have back issues.

These work great you really feel a cooling then a deep warming sensation. I used it for my lower back, after a day of household activity. I only used one, but they are kind of small/short and the diagram on the pack is a bit misleading. Next time I will use two side-by-side to cover the entire width of my back. You can probably use them anywhere on the body but read the pack I guess I'm a rebel haha. I would purchase again and it's a good product to have on hand if you have back issues.
