When you load a CD it tries to read it but then says 'no disc'. A CD lens cleaner does nothing to help. I know it's out of warranty but I contacted Planet Gizmo to find where I can get it repaired but they are not interested. I then contacted Sonoro in German with the same question and they referred me to Planet Gizmo! I've teken it to two different electrical repairers that specialise in HiFi but they won't touch it as they can't get the parts. So I'm left with a £550 system that only lasted two and half years. I'm not very happy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mitten im Klangraum *by A***E on Reviewed in Germany on 4 December 2019* Ich habe schon sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Sonoro Qubo und Easy gemacht und nun meine defekte Stereoanlage ersetzt.Ich muss sagen: Ich bin begeistert. in so toller Qualität habe ich meine Musik-CDs bisher noch nicht gehört. Der Klang füllt den Raum, man spürt das Vibrieren des Basses. Ein Gefühl, als würde ich neben den Sängern und Instrumentalisten stehen, alles ist von einer herausragenden Klarheit und Brillianz. Ich konnte beim Hören den Standort der Instrumente im Orchester und bei Orgelmusik die Lage der Register in der Orgel identifizieren.Das Einrichten bei Inbetriebnahme ging problemlos und automatisch. Die Fernbedienung hat einige Nachteile: beim Hören von Entspannungsmusik bei Kerzenschein konnte man nichts auf der Fernbedienung erkennen und auch bei Tageslicht sind Personen über 40, die naturgemäß mit zunehmender Altersweitsichtigkeit zu tun haben, wegen der kleinen kontrastarmen Beschriftung benachteiligt.
