Great trainer.
Great training spear head. Safe for sparing and training. Perfect flexibility with the right amount of rigidity, to stay durable for a long time. The length is great for making many spear types. Super lightweight.

Used for a Spartan Dory flag pole
Bought to make a Saprtan Dory flag pole for a football team, had to have a non metal safety tip so I'm glad I found this! Had to be careful about what paints to use since santoprene is flexible but everything was readily available - plasti dip primer and matte black spray paints, citadel leadbelcher and rubefang steel over that for the iron look topped with a polyurethane matte varnish to protect. Came out great - photos show the before with the plasti dip matte black and the after using the citadel paints

Great for beginners
Great for low gear sparring! Flex is good making safe for mask and gloves the only bad thing is it’s to light but it’s not a problem

Stabbing time
Great price, great piece of training equipment. Easily fits onto a broom handle. I took off 1 star due to there being no way to secure it to what you attach it to. Be careful because if you glue it, it's stuck there, and anything securing it may be ome a hazard.

These were a TREAT
I was already pretty convinced these were good, but WOW, they are bigger than I expected, and quite flexible as well, you will feel the punch of these spear tips on the body but it's truly not dangerous (Use mask always tho), in my case they were not warped or anything which is great, overall awesome

Not Steel
8/21/25 - Amazon page described the blade made out of steel, while the handle attachment point is made out of rubber. We informed Amazon of this error. However, steel or not, the spearhead is perfect for our intentions. My son is learning how to wield a spear and this rubber tip is perfect for not causing too much damage... RIP ceiling fan.

It is more rubbery than solid but still tough
I am genuinely impressed with the spear head. It's more flexible than solid, but it has held AMAZINGLY against throwing attached to a staff. Definitely glad I made this purchase

Sturdy
Bought this for a Halloween costume not realizing how hearty the thing is. Attached a shaft to it, and now my favorite item for playing fetch with the dog. Unexpected fun
