**Q: Does anyone know why optrex is not available in the u.s. (except via amazon, etc.)?**
A: i dont know but its very good

**Q: Received Optrex recently. The eye cup was not wrapped and bottle did not have a safety wrap. Is this how it is supposed to come?**
A: Yes.

**Q: does this product have thee "witch Hazel additive?**
A: Optrex contains Witch Hazel Water BPC 13%...comes from the bark of the witch hazel tree...used for centuries to soothe sore, tired eyes.  I have used this product for over 40 years and love it...it works!  Hope this helps.
