I paid $50 for mine and not happy with it, had i p a id $98 it would be going back and it still might be. It was made very cheaply unfortunately. Maybe there's a way to get the jacket that was made as I remember it somewhere but if this cost $98 I would expect a good quality one would be $300 or more.
