I use the whole tube of color with the developer. I hope this helps. **Q: Can I use this brand of developer with color from another brand, specifically Goldwell Topchic?** A: According to my hairdresser the answer is yes. **Q: is this compatible with essensity** A: The ingredient list to Essensity 8.5%/28 vol is almost the exact same as the ingredients in this product.They are even listed in the same order. Only 2 differences. Essensity has Beeswax & Isopropryl Myristate.Just replace Beeswax for mineral oil & Isopropryl Myristate for the ingredient just before mineral oil.I am going to try the essensity with the igora color.If anyone else has done this, please comment. **Q: is this product mixed with the dye?** A: No, this is not the color product.
