歯科でマウスピースを作るまでの代用として購入しました。 違和感は、有りますが大きな問題はありません。 ただ、朝になると、外れて枕元に落ちています。

I don’t know how some of people find this product useful…i mean its very big for normal mouth and despite following the instructions it is very hard to mold also your jaw and mouth hurts when u put it🙄🙄🙄total waste of money i want refund 🙄🙄

I've purchased several of these over the years. With every night use, they last about 4-6 months for me. When making it, I follow the directions exactly and they always turn out with a great fit. Great product for a great price! Good durable material, much higher quality than some other brands I've tried from online purchases. Highly recommend!

2、3回購入して使いましたが、歯ぎしりを軽減でき、少なくとも３ヶ月以上使えました。 ただ、慣れるまでは違和感があり、装着すると会話出来なくなるのが少し難点でした。

歯科で作ったマウスピースを誤って捨ててしまい、代わりに購入してみました。 説明書に書かれているように加熱して合せてみましたが、柔らかくなるまで時間がかかり、 何度も熱湯につけては合わせで型を整えていくといい具合になりました。 他の方が書かれているように、余った部分は切り落とすとフィット感が増します。 土台の部分は加熱しても形が変わらず厚みがあるので、 歯にピッタリとフィットせず、違和感を感じます。 しかし、土台の固い部分があるおかげで、歯ぎしりしてもマウスピースが傷まないと考えれば そんなものなのかなと思います。 激しい歯ぎしりにお困りの方にはいい商品だと思います。

歯ぎしりに悩んでいるのでこちらを購入してみました。 海外のものなので若干不安があったのですが、 丁寧な日本語案内文が同封されていたので それにしたがって順番にやっていけばオーケーでした♪ 実はこの前にもっと安いのを購入したのですが、 作成の段階でなかなかお湯の温度を保てずに 商品がまるまってしまいました。 その点、こちらはお値段はするのですが 沸騰したお湯であれば大丈夫、とされており 確かに簡単に自分のマウスピースが作れました！ 素材が２層構造になっていて丈夫で安心ながらも 前の部分が薄くて邪魔になり難いです。 どの程度持つのかが気になりますが、 とはいっても歯医者に行くよりはお安いので 様子見ながらリピートしようと思います♪

成形も簡単で自分の歯に合うようにできるので使用感も良いです。一年半たちましたが現役で頑張ってます。

歯ぎしりの癖があり購入してみました、型取りは問題ありませんでしたがいかんせん自分にはでかすぎるか違和感がすごく無理でした。 結局近くの歯科で３割負担で5000円くらいで作りそっちを使用しています。歯科医院製の方が断然薄く、フィット感もいいです。

The product is easy to custom fit. The instructions on the package are quite clear. The only problem is the size is a bit large. But it stops bruxism and protects teeth, and I can use the product every night.

I ordered it for my daughter who grinds her teeth that was interfering with the alignment of her teeth. After purchasing this product she claims that her teeth are coming back in place.

Las instrucciones no vienen en español, lo cual no es muy bueno ya que si requiere de seguir el paso a paso, a simple vista me pareció buena y lo es, solo que una vez amoldada es bastante corta, en mi caso no cubre las muelas de la parte posterior pero definitivamente cumple su propósito, otro punto favorable es que se puede moldear varias veces.

The Doctor's NightGuard doesn't seem to appear on many top-5 lists of teeth-grinding prevention tools, but it is the brand I have used and trusted for the best part of the past decade. They say you're supposed to replace them relatively frequently, but, aggressive clencher and grinder though I am, as long as I take care of it and keep it clean, I have had a single NightGuard last 3 years. It's easy to mold (using boiling water), fit in front of a mirror, and begin wearing. The entire process from unboxing to using the Doctor's NightGuard can be accomplished in under 15 minutes, and that's being slow, cautious, and unhurried. The carrying case for the NightGuard I've always found to be extremely sturdy as well. If you can find this item for $16 or under, you really can't go wrong with it. Especially, if, like me, your dental insurance will only cover a custom. longer-lasting bite guard if you meet certain byzantine criteria and you really just can't be throwing $800 around. Having it to absorb the shock of my jaw clenching and teeth grinding late at night has saved me months of morning headaches, and helped me sleep through the night countless times. Cannot overestimate what value is in just sleeping soundly and comfortably with a bite guard you know isn't going to pop out of your mouth constantly. Highest recommendation from me. I mention the Doctor's NightGuard by name whenever anyone says anything about grinding their teeth or jaw clenching in their sleep.
