May seem pricey at 3 patches per box but for all -day pain relief, these are well worth it. We always keep a box on hand for the 2-3 x year we need them. They are a bit tricky to apply, best to have some help. Can also be cut into smaller sizes, just cut a slit in the top to help with peeling.
