I've not had any issues with the cleaner removing any dry erase marker, no matter how long it has been on a whiteboard or a dry erase surface. I will just say it does not remove permanent marker, though, nor does it remove dry erase marker from a different type of surface. A fellow teacher once mistakenly wrote with a dry erase marker on a projection screen and this did not work to remove it. But if you use it for its intended purpose, it should work great. **Q: Approximately what is the longevity of each marker? Do the darker colors last longer than the brighter colors?** A: I have been using these markers a few times a week for a few months and only one of them has run dry. **Q: Why won't amazon let me return this? These are complete garbage, no ink or dried ink.** A: The markers I got work great I've had them for about 2 months now. I haven't had to return them so I'm not sure about the return policy **Q: How much does it weigh in the packaging?** A: 28.7 lbs. Which is not the same as no odour though, they do smell but just not as bad as many of the markers on the market (especially the cheap end of it). Four decent markers that write well, and a choice of colours is always good. The eraser part of the equation is often overlooked, but the combination of the block and the fluid has dealt with every surface I've (not literally) thrown them at.
