After only 3-4 months, the rubber had worn away and the plastic center was showing through. I knew I wanted plain back wheels to replace them and found these had a good price.Once I recieved them, I immediately installed them and they seemed to be perfect. I was able to reuse the original bearings that came with the skate and these wheels made the things look (almost) new again. My son tried them out and was very happy. I'm happy that after several months, they seem to be holding up much better than the original wheels that came with the skates. They are starting to show a little wear, but that is to be expected.
