I'm 51 years old and had gotten to the point that I could barely move due to inflammation and stiff joints. I had tried so many different things to help but it would only last a day and didn't really relieve all the pain. I can honestly say that this has helped tremendously. In just one day I noticed I could move better and wasn't hurting as bad. By the second and third day the inflammation and joint stiffness was completely gone. It also seems to give me more energy, and I feel like I'm thinking more clearly. I am taking 4mg (2 pills a day at the same time). I take it around lunchtime when I eat because I read it works better when you take it with food. It also doesn't keep me up at night taking it around that time.
