Review: My husband loves this laptop. I bought a new laptop for my husband from Best Buy. I bought him an Asus. It’s supposed to be one of the top makers of computers and boards. Well unfortunately it died after 8 days!? Completely dead! Wow! And what a hassle returning it! When we got home, I opened my trusty desertcart app and searched laptops with the highest ratings. This HP came up, I started reading the reviews and everything sounded great. When it arrived y husband was so happy to see how big it is. What a beautiful clear picture on the screen and set up was a breeze! It’s a big laptop but it’s portable, we take it with when we travel. The battery seems o last a long time and its a great quality product for the money. I love the numeric keys on the right side, they’re so handy. My husband is very happy with it and I am thrilled that it’s working great and he’s happy with it.

**Q: Where is the on button??? i know my old laptop was old, but i must be crazy, i cant figure how to turn my new one on. help~!**
A: Top right, about 4 buttons over. Close to backspace. Dont have laptop with me right now but will edit with picture later

**Q: Where can i buy a replacement charger?**
A: Amazon has a gazillion of them by numerous companies. Just look up one compatible with your laptop model!  I buy five at a time, one for each room and office so I don’t have to lug my charger around with me. Non-HP manufacturers are more cost effective to do this! Just make sure you purchase the correct charger for your laptop model.

**Q: Does it come with msoffice or the trial version?**
A: It has a trial version that is expiring next month, so I guess it's a 6 month trial.

**Q: Can i run 2 external screens?**
A: This laptop has only one HDMI connection but you may buy a docking station hub. I bought one with two HDMIs one per monitor. This is the product I got from Amazon:

One-year update: Letter grade: A ----- After almost a year, I have had ZERO problems with this HP. NOTE: When I got the computer, the first thing I did was downgrade to Windows 10 PRO. Don't like Windows 11. Spyware worse than Win-10 =============================================================================== Like many others, I have to have a backlit keyboard and would not consider any computer that does not have the feature. This is a 17.3-inch screen and has plenty of real estate to allow for a full-sized keyboard that is perfectly backlit. Thank you HP... The 32 gb of memory and 2 TB SDD make for a slick/fast boot. When I restart the computer, the sign-in screen appears between 15 and 20 seconds after I initiate the restart. If you are in the market for a new laptop, do yourself a favor and buy one of these. .
