The Likeem 30 Feet Tree Pole Pruner is a manual, extendable pruning tool designed for professional-grade trimming without ladders. Our newly upgraded saw head. The saw head connecting rod is fixed with two screws, which greatly increases the stability and efficiency, and provides good safety for your work.

Review: Admittedly, I have had this for only a short time, but I am impressed by this. I have tall coconut trees and have tried various poles including the "Notch 18’ Pole Saw Set with 15” Blade - Yellow (40207)". The tradeoff between weight, height, flexibility and strength of the poles is always there. The Notch is a shorter pole, sturdy but correspondingly much heavier. Using additional poles to get it to 24 feet requires considerable strength and balance to cut coconuts down from a tall tree. I have built my own larger poles by using high quality pool poles which are very light and flexible, but unfortunately, bend or break. This pruner comes in a convenient carry case which makes storage much easier. The Notch has 6 foot segments. The segments on this one is about 4 feet each. The trade off in being able to adjust the length to within 4 feet of what you desire, is that you have to spend more time assembling it if you want the full 30 feet. When I do screw in the different segments, there seem to be some metal shavings. I'm not sure if this is from the manufacturing process or if the grooves are being slowly damaged by the weight of the pole. The blades are sharp and cut through fronds or stalks holding coconuts, with comparative ease. Although it is lighter than the Notch, it is heavy and can be a challenge to handle at its full 30 feet. Lighter poles will be more fragile and appreciate the balance this pole offers. That being said, make sure you have an open area to bring the pole down. Once it starts coming down, it will be very difficult to stop, so have a clear area to let it drop as you do your best to slow the descent. Time will tell how long the groves used to join the poles hold.

I did alot of research on Pole Saws before purchasing this product. I went to both Lowes & Home Depot to study how their saws were constructed since the plastic unrepairable part of my previous pole saw broke. The Good: The blade on this pole saw melts through wood incredibly fast. My whole family was shocked at how quickly I could cut down branches from oak trees around the house. The adjustable length of this pole saw is amazing. You can go up to 30 feet high and safely cut down small to medium size branches. The overall design of this product is very good, it's light and does not use a lot of plastic parts. I have recommended this product to friends and family. The Bad: The blade although incredible sharp is thin and can easily bend or get stuck while cutting. You have to learn how to cut without applying any pressure (let the blade do the work) to avoid getting stuck in medium size branches. The bolts that hold the blade are not tight and one of the fell off while cutting a branch. It's an easy fix, I went to Home Depot and got a replacement screw but they should have bolted the nuts tighter on the blade. The individual sections are made of some time of fiberglass material which means when you are using the full 30 feet tall Pole Saw it bends and becomes very hard to manage in the air. At 30 feet, it takes two people to get the pole saw up in the air and to start safely cutting it. Additionally, after you cut a branch using the 30 feet pole saw it will crash to the ground which damages the individual sections and I notice tiny fiberglass fibers coming off in my hands from the damaged section. My solution, always wear gloves when using this pole saw.
