The story revolves about Jet, the daughter of a wealthy couple, who is brutally attacked and left with a condition that will kill her in just a few days. Given an impossible choice, Jet embarks on a journey to try to solve her own murder before her time runs out. The premise is a really cool one, it forces a sense of urgency and impending peril that is maintained from start to end. Because Jet is on such a tight timeframe, the story unfolds at a breakneck pace, almost feeling at times like its happening in real time. The past of the small collection of main characters becomes more and more intertwined, with more layers of the story being peeled away as Jet's time slowly runs out.
